First row, perched on cliffs above the Atlantic Ocean, Beach House 1 is a 2,500 sf one-bedroom villa, with two bathrooms, for up to 4 guests, featuring spectacular 180-degree ocean views from terrace, pool, hot tub and from every room in the house. The ultra-spacious master suite features a grand marble bathroom and direct access to the ocean-front terrace and infinity-edge pool. A second full bathroom is available for guests who sleep in the spacious living room which features comfortable seating, 2 desks, a dining area and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a kitchen island and bar. The villa is equipped with its own BBQ grill and washer/dryer.

Villa “Beach House 1” can be opened up to “Beach House 2”, connecting both into a nearly 4,000 sf compound with 2 infinity-edge pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 Master Suites, 3 bathrooms, sleeping 6 guests.
